**Dr. Hana Lei Roberts** (**[@dr.hanalei](https://www.instagram.com/dr.hanalei/)**) is a [**practicing naturopathic physician**](http://www.hanarobertsnd.com/) from Hawaii. Hana personally used low carb for decades to overcome compulsive eating before progressing to paleo, keto, and **eventually strict carnivore / hypercarnivore**, which has improved her physical and mental health substantially.
