**Chris Irvin** ([@TheKetologist](https://www.instagram.com/theketologist/)) is the **Education Manager of Perfect Keto**, a keto food company that makes the keto lifestyle easier and more effective with products like collagen, keto bars, MCT oil powder, and more. Chris is also the co-host of the [**Keto Answers podcast**](https://perfectketo.com/podcast/) with Dr. Anthony Gustin that breaks down complex keto topics such as fasting, weight loss, carnivore, hormones, and more. Chris and Dr. Anthony are about to launch a book, also called [**Keto Answers: Simplifying Everything You Need to Know About the World's Most Confusing Diet.**](https://www.amazon.com/Keto-Answers-Simplifying-Everything-Confusing/dp/1544504624/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=)

When [**Chris was last on the show**](https://www.scottmys.com/podcast/ketologist) we talked about optimizing keto/carnivore for body composition goals and more around Chris’ personal fasting/keto/carnivore/sleep routine, so get check that one out!
