Linda Salant ([@thecarnitarian](https://www.instagram.com/thecarnitarian/)) returns to the Carnivore Cast for another awesome episode! Linda is a 6-year carnivore, mother of two, competitive ballroom dancer, and an amazing carnivore coach. Linda has used a zero carb diet to reverse a wide array of health problems including amenorrhea and PCOS, anxiety, migraines, edema, and whole-body pain.

In our [first episode we spoke about](https://www.scottmys.com/podcast/linda) her health journey, experiments with carnivore, counting calories, how her approach has evolved, and more wisdom from her years as a veteran carnivore! Definitely go check that [one out.](https://www.scottmys.com/podcast/linda)
