He's currently pursuing his PhD in Endocrinology, has coached IFBB pro bodybuilders, competed himself for decades, and written ebooks and courses on HGH and Anabolics Mastery. Kurt has an excellent YouTube channel where he discusses science and interviews experts and bodybuilders. Nick Gloff (@nickgloff) is a high-level bodybuilding coach and renowned expert when it comes to training programming, execution, and application. He holds degrees in exercise science and Kinesiology. Nick believes coaching is more than just spreadsheets and whatsapp messages - he serves as a mentor, friend, and caring person to everyone on his team. I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by Nick for years and the honor to call him a close friend. He’s helped me immensely not only with my physique goals, but my overall life and well-being.

Dawid Olszewski (@trener_dawid_olszewski on Instagram) is a bodybuilder and high-level coach. He’s been bodybuilding and coaching bodybuilders and lifestyle clients for over a decade and is incredibly knowledgeable on training, diet, and performance-enhancing drugs. Dawid has an excellent podcast and YouTube channel of his own where he interviews top coaches, posts daily vlogs, and goes in-depth on his diet, training, and more - most of it is in Polish, but I still get a ton out of watching it and the interviews are mostly in English. 

Jo “The Machine” Palacios is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and super heavyweight and overall champion at the 2023 USA Championships. He’s also a regular on Fit Nation Podcast with Baidi Farl, Zade Raslan, Stu Sutherland, and others like Nick Walker! Jo has been competing and coaching in bodybuilding for several years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience helping competitors and lifestyle clients.

Zade Raslan @ifbbpro_zade_king is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and 2023 USA National Champion in Light Heavyweights. He’s also a frequent guest on the Fit Nation Podcast - my favorite bodybuilding podcast with lots of famous and goofy bodybuilders - check it out if you haven’t! Zade is a coach and trainer himself with years of experience helping lifestyle clients.

Kolton Lukes is a (no longer) natural pro bodybuilder who has been bodybuilding since he was 12 years old. He was born with Cerebral Palsy, he served in the military for 8 years, and has a degree in science and nutrition. He’s helped hundreds, if not thousands of people to reach their physique and health goals and has an incredible amount of knowledge on nutrition, training, and PEDs. Kolton is my go-to source of information about the latest bodybuilding research and he has an excellent YouTube channel where he posts all kinds of useful, interesting, and unique content.

Like me, he got into bodybuilding later in life, but he’s been 100% dedicated to it for the last 5 years and has made incredible progress in that time.
