Soon to be Dr. Milo Wolf is currently pursuing his PhD on the effects of range of motion on muscle hypertrophy in strength. Milo has guided individuals in their journey of getting bigger, stronger, and leaner for more than 4 years. He’s a coach through Wolf Coaching and Stronger by Science. Milo has competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding at a high level as a natural athlete. He puts out excellent free information on his Instagram and YouTube channel, as well as his podcast with Dr. Pak, Muscle and Feels.
