Bronson Dant ([@bronsondant72](https://www.instagram.com/bronsondant72)) is the founder of [Apex Training System](https://apxts.com/) - an at-home functional fitness and coaching system that helps people get stronger, healthier, fitter, and gets them excited about fitness again through direct access to a coach, exercise videos, weekly workouts, accountability and community support from others. He’s also used a carnivore diet to resolve his own stomach issues and get back to the same weight he was 30 years ago when he got out of Basic Training. Bronson holds several coaching certifications including NASM, USA Powerlifting and Weightlifting, Crossfit, Functional movement, keto and carnivore coaching.
