Laura ([@laura_primal](https://www.instagram.com/laura_primal/)) is 25 and lives in Germany. Besides her work as a health and fitness coach, she studies sport and exercise science. Nearly 2 years ago she came across the carnivore diet after suffering from many health issues. In that time she healed her strong asthma, daily headaches, seasonal allergies, bad GI issues and gut problems. Now she shares her journey on Instagram and includes bio hacking tips to show how important simple things like nature, sleep and movement are for overall health.
