**Lee Bowling** is a current **Air force reservist** (former active duty) and certified personal trainer. He has overcome a history of intense dieting, veganism, **extreme IBS and borderline Crohn’s disease**, and many other health issues with a **carnivore diet**. He’s** lost over 35 lbs** and gained his life back. Lee is currently becoming a MeatRX carnivore coach.
