Chris Tuttle is a Registered Dietitian, retired IFBB professional bodybuilder, and Contest prep Coach. He started Tuttle Nutrition in 2011, enabling him to better share his extensive knowledge of nutrition and exercise with his clients. Specifically offering services and expertise in weight loss, sports performance, contest preparation, medical nutrition therapy, bodybuilding, fitness and figure competitions, and educational lectures. Chris has a bachelors and masters in Nutrition as well as countless ongoing education in the field and he’s constantly staying up to date with the latest research.
